Honestly creating a list of increasing interventions that you walked yourself through shows an incredible amount of awareness and strength. This is so impressive. You were your own rescuer.

I've tried meds. they make me feel worse. theres one mes that works kinda but the ins wont cover it. I just wanna die. 😭 im so ready to die. just let it happen
